• Wild Swordfish Steaks

Preparation:
• Heat grill to medium-high or broiler to high.
• Coat swordfish with seasoning.
• Cook seasoned steaks for 8-10 minutes (about 4-5 minutes on each side) until internal temperature reaches 145°F.
