"It has been difficult, right here in Massachusetts, to find wild caught Atlantic salmon in grocery stores near me. It’s all farm raised, which I hate. This salmon was absolutely outstanding. So fresh, so good and the topping was absolutely delicious. I am definitely buying this again. Even my husband liked it and he is not a salmon “fan”!"

"This was a birthday gift from my youngest brother, Don-who lives out of the States-and a grand surprise! Following cooking instructions, the baked salmon was utterly delicious. Very generous size of fish and cooked thoroughly. Fresh , flakey moist taste was enjoyable. Artichoke and spinach was a nice topping. We added some tri-colored pearl couscous and were very satisfied. The packaging was terrific. Thank you all."
