Handling: Lobster Meat is shipped fresh and is best consumed within 24 hours of delivery. Brioche rolls should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Preparation: Remove lobster meat from package. Sort through the meat and remove any remaining shell or cartilage. Cut large pieces of meat into a preferred size. Once done, add mayo (not included) and gently mix. If desired, add chopped green onions and/or diced celery as well as lemon juice to taste. Remove brioche rolls from package and slice each lengthwise to create a cavity for the lobster salad. Optional: butter the sides of the rolls and toast them in a sauté pan. Stuff rolls evenly with lobster salad mixture and serve.
