Handling: Product should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Double Clam Chowder Preparation: Thaw under refrigeration. Empty contents of container into a heavy saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until hot (165°F). Do not boil.

Crab Cake Preparation: Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake crab cakes from frozen in a preheated oven until golden brown. Internal temperature at center should reach 165°F.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail Preparation: Thaw under refrigeration. Ready to serve.

Mini Cheesecake Preparation: Remove any protective plastic wrap prior to defrosting. Thaw overnight under refrigeration. Best to slice semi-frozen or chilled.
