Handling: Product should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Preparation: Do not thaw and refreeze. Cook and consume within 24 hours of thawing. Remove from all packaging before preparation. Cook to an internal temperature of 145°F.

    replacement cod 2-pack

    SHIPMENT WAS DROPPED OFF AT DOOR WITHOUT NOTIFICATION OF ANY KIND. ARRIVED WITH PLENTY OF DRY ICE STILL PRESENT.GRILLED UP A BATCH THAT EVENING AND THE COD WAS FRESH , FLAKY AND DELICIOUS. SO MUCH DIFFERENT THAN THE FIRST 4 COD -2 PACKS RECEIVED. WE WILL USE THEM TO MAKE COD AU GRATIN OR FISH CHOWDER.
