Orders including fresh items ship with frozen gel packs for delivery on date requested during checkout.

Handling: Lobster Meat is shipped fresh and is best consumed within 24 hours of delivery. Brioche rolls and Double Clam Chowder should be kept frozen and consumed within 30 days of delivery.

Lobster Roll Kit Preparation: Remove lobster meat from package. Sort through the meat and remove any remaining shell or cartilage. Cut large pieces of meat into a preferred size. Once done, add mayo (not included) and gently mix. If desired, add chopped green onions and/or diced celery as well as lemon juice to taste. Remove brioche rolls from package and slice each lengthwise to create a cavity for the lobster salad. Optional: butter the sides of the rolls and toast them in a sauté pan. Stuff rolls evenly with lobster salad mixture and serve.

Double Clam Chowder Preparation: Thaw under refrigeration. Pour into a pot and heat on stovetop until chowder reaches a soft boil. Simmer until temperature of 180°F is reached.
