Prep 5 minutes
Cook 6-12 minutes

• Haddock or Halibut Fillets
• Ginger Citrus Seasoning (0.25 oz. per fillet)
• Olive Oil

• Brush each fillet with olive oil and sprinkle with Ginger Citrus seasoning.
• Add fillets to a large skillet over medium heat and cook for 3-6 minutes per side. Internal temperature should reach 145°F.
