From Frozen: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and top lid covering, leaving mac and cheese in black bottom bakeable tray. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until center reaches 165°F.

From Thawed: Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove plastic wrap and top lid covering, leaving mac and cheese in black bottom bakeable tray. Bake in preheated oven for 14-18 minutes until center reaches 165°F.
