Make Toasted Sesame Ginger Salmon:
Prep 5 minutes
Cook 30 minutes

Ingredients:
• Atlantic Salmon Fillets
• Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning (0.25 oz. per fillet)

Preparation:
• Preheat broiler to high. Pour Toasted Sesame Ginger Seasoning into shallow bowl and coat salmon on all sides except the skin.
• Place seasoned fish skin side up on prepared pan. Broil for 2-3 minutes.
• Remove pan and remove skin from salmon. Sprinkle fish with remaining seasoning.
• Bake salmon in oven for 15-20 minutes at 350°F until internal temperature reaches 125°F.
